Context

As part of the Volkswagen Group's digital strategy (Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, SEAT, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brands), the Parts & Services department is pursuing a modernization of digital after-sales services, with a strong focus on mobility, user experience and digitalization of customer journeys.

Responsibilities

Product design

Design and update of iOS and Android mobile applications for Volkswagen services.

Specifications

Writing detailed functional specifications for development teams.

Delivery management

Managing mobile development from design through to production release.

Multi-brand

Adapting applications for Skoda, SEAT and VW Commercial Vehicles.

Key missions

  • Design and deployment of after-sales service mobile applications
  • Digitalization of customer journeys: online quotes, appointment booking, personalized services
  • Definition and formalization of complex functional flows
