The starting point

In 2020, the digital acquisition market was still dominated by channel- and tool-centric approaches — rarely focused on actual user intent.

With my co-founder, we built Quantads on a conviction: intent data is the most powerful lever to connect brands with their audiences. Our bet: build an agency where data, strategy and creativity work together from day one.

"Every click is an encounter" — behind every encounter lies a story, a search, an aspiration. By analyzing browsing signals and decoding user intentions, we enabled our clients to turn their marketing campaigns into powerful tools for connection and performance.

What I built

As co-founder and CEO, I carried the vision, structured the company and steered its growth over 5 years.

General management & strategic vision

Defining the "data-driven performance marketing" positioning, financial management, business development and overall agency governance.

Building the teams

Recruiting and managing a multidisciplinary organization: data analysts, traffic managers, UX designers, strategy consultants. Implementation of an internal model based on the 3Ps: People, Process, Performance.

Structuring delivery

Implementation of project management methods, tracking rituals (weekly reviews, client reporting), collaborative tools (Notion, Looker Studio, Slack, Asana), and quality standards to ensure visibility, cadence and reliability.

Key account client direction

Direct involvement on strategic accounts: framing strategies, business trade-offs, supporting marketing, data and general management teams. Recognized ability to integrate into complex environments — perceived as an "extension of internal teams".
