In a context of major transformation, Groupe ADP is pursuing a Smart Airport strategy aimed at preparing Paris airports for traffic growth challenges, operational fluidity and passenger experience excellence.

The key milestone: the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. This deadline requires a thorough overhaul of customer journeys, digital tools and data exploitation, in a critical, multi-stakeholder and highly constrained environment (security, service continuity, real-time).
