In collaboration with Okuden, I led the study, scoping and design phase of a unified SaaS sales platform (2 existing tools into 1), with a clear objective: simplify user journeys and prepare for a 2025/2026 deployment.
The core of the mission was upstream understanding and alignment work: analysis of existing systems, interviews and workshops with business teams (Insurance / ROMUX) and sales teams, then synthesis of findings into actionable insights.
The idea was to secure product decisions by starting from actual usage, pain points, operational constraints and business objectives.
On this basis, I structured the vision and trajectory: prioritization, roadmap and phased MVP, journey maps / user flows, information architecture, consolidation of functional specifications and an actionable backlog. I then secured execution through COPROJ / COPIL governance (trade-offs, risks, dependencies, documented decisions).
The scoping integrated a demanding framework: electronic signature, document management, publishing, as well as security / compliance topics (GDPR, data-by-design, pentests), with IT department and vendor coordination for integrations (APIs / cloud). Objective: a smooth journey that is also scalable, compliant and manageable over time.
End-to-end work, from field understanding to structuring an actionable backlog for the teams.
Field interviews and workshops (business + sales), current journey analysis, identification of pain points, needs, constraints and dependencies, then formalization of shared understanding (insights + decisions).
Journey maps and flows, information architecture, feature definition, batches and sequences, end-to-end articulation through to deployment prerequisites.
Target vision, phased MVP scoping, prioritization and batching, building an actionable backlog and functional specifications usable by the teams.
COPROJ/COPIL, trade-offs, risk and dependency management, IT/vendor coordination, integrations (APIs/cloud) and structural components (electronic signature, document management, publishing), security/compliance (GDPR, data-by-design, pentests), migration plan.
I can speak "business", I can speak "IT", and above all I know how to make sure everyone understands each other: simplifying, creating clear diagrams, making decisions explicit, and avoiding blind spots between teams.
A solid and shared scoping, clarified target journeys, a phased MVP and actionable backlog, with execution secured through governance and an integration/compliance framework addressed from the design phase.
Clarified target journeys, validated information architecture and consolidated functional specifications — ready for development.
COPROJ/COPIL in place, documented trade-offs, risks and dependencies managed — smooth coordination between business, design and IT.
Milestone-based roadmap, validated MVP and actionable backlog — scalable foundation for 2025/2026 deployment.
