I help leadership teams design and deploy sustainable digital products, bringing clarity where complexity takes hold — between strategy, technology and usage.
Explore, structure, and build with precision.

My name is Vincent Lappartient. For nearly 18 years, I have been working at the crossroads of strategy, product, data and technology.
What has always driven me is not the tool, nor the method, but understanding. Understanding a context. Understanding usage patterns. Understanding what holds things back, what creates alignment, and what allows teams to move forward with confidence.
Over time, this curiosity became a profession: helping organizations develop a clear vision, then turning it into concrete, measurable and sustainable actions.
I founded Quantads in 2020 with the conviction that data could become a fairer and more effective growth engine. In 2024, Quantads joined Okuden, combining marketing data and analytical AI to go further in supporting organizations.
Simple guidelines that enable teams to understand each other, coordinate and make decisions without friction.
A shared vision of the path ahead, key milestones, and clearly owned priorities.
Solutions designed from real-world usage, capable of evolving over time.
Teams that gain confidence, discernment and capacity for action.
Organizations today operate in a constantly shifting environment: technological acceleration, artificial intelligence, regulatory requirements, and ever-rising user expectations.
In this context, the goal is not to move faster at all costs, but to understand better in order to decide better.
My role is to bring a structuring and accessible perspective on these transformations, to help ask the right questions, and to illuminate the choices that shape the future of a product or platform.
Artificial intelligence and new technologies open up fascinating possibilities. But their real value always depends on how they are understood, integrated and governed.
I approach them as tools to support thinking and execution, in service of informed human decisions. They allow us to explore faster, test more, and learn sooner — as long as they remain controlled and aligned with product objectives.
Environments I have worked in
I believe that the quality of a project depends as much on the clarity of intentions as on the quality of human relationships.
I rely in particular on:
These principles shape the way I collaborate on a daily basis, and create a climate conducive to solid and lasting decisions.

When you feel the need to clarify a direction, structure a strategic project, launch an important product, or simply step back from a complex situation.
I deeply believe that we build better when we understand what we are doing, why we are doing it, and who we are doing it for.
